Sales volume also increased from 1,550 in April to 1,672 in May, a 7.9% increase.
Despite the very low inventory of homes for sale in the Sacramento region, there was also an increase in the home listing inventory from 1,381 in April to 1,488 in May, a 7.7% increase.
